There is no way we can begin to build your site online when we haven't experienced your business for ourselves. it's vital that we see how you do business and that we experience your personality first-hand. Taking time up-front to meet and discuss your business, your plans, and your concerns will help us build a more suitable web site for your business. Meeting face to face also gives us both a common understanding of one another and what to expect from each other. Web sites take time and co-operation from both us to build the site successfully.

Project Proposals

When people think proposals they usually think about a stack of pages that are usually too lengthy to take the time to go through. We don't take hours to write useless proposals. Our proposals are custom to each customer's needs. A proposal is a visual explanation of your future web site as well as expectations and responsibilities of Impact Studios and yourself. We provide proposals at no cost to perspective customers; however we generally like to meet or speak over the phone before we start devleoping a proposal for your web site.

We are finding it easier and easier to satisfy our customers. Our experience with understanding our customers and their businesses has given us a real design advantage. Generally we can produce a single website design that sells itself. .

The Design Process

Website designs are created as what we like to call, "static images" which can easily be reviewed within an email. We do not create working web pages during the design process. When a customer is satisifed with the planned design for their new web site; then we will start building the HTML code and programming that makes the webs site come to life. The website design process will take as long as it needs to take. There is no way to determine with accuary the amount of time it will take to complete a satisfactory website design. We create estimates of time within our project proposals that are just that; estimates.

Reasons for delays in the design process:

• Customer is busy and has no time available to review the website design - "good thing for our customers business" but will delay design process.
• Customer wishes to schedule a face to face review of the website design
• Customer wants to see signifigant design changes or a whole new website design
• Impact Studios requires more time to complete the website design
